I help people who struggle with being their full, authentic selves navigate systems and relationships that want them to be anything except who they are. Clients first come to me worried that if they make the changes they want to in their lives, people will think they’re selfish. They might find themselves in work environments they hate, relationships they feel unfulfilled by, and friendships that seem unbalanced. Breaking free from past patterns might feel impossible- but given the right support, they find a confident way forward.

After working with me, clients find themselves feeling more able to care for themselves, set good boundaries with others in their lives, and feel more at peace with who they are. I approach therapy collaboratively, with a down-to-earth style that values humor, identity, and compassionate honesty. I also provide letters for gender-affirming medical services.

I know how frustrating it can be to feel restricted by others' expectations. I use proven methods of healing to help you to find a better way forward. I have a social justice orientation and am affirming of all genders, sexualities, body sizes, and differing relationship structures. If any of the above spoke to you, I would love to chat more with you!
