The world seems like a scary place. Worrying seems like the norm to you. Enjoying the present moment or taking any decisions seems impossible. Your mood feels like rollercoaster every day or at times is just numb. Eating helps you feel better at times, but then you feel guilty about going for food or you feel you just had too much, ending in ways to compensate for this. You want to stop this cycle, live in the moment, and enjoy your life.

I’m here for you, to listen with empathy, compassion, and without judgement. I’m passionate about helping women that are struggling with feeling depressed, anxious, or have experienced trauma. My goal is to help you stop feeling overwhelmed, sad, afraid and/or nervous, and start supporting you in your path of healing and transformation, and feel joy again.
