My practice focuses on adults in different stages of their lives from career, relationships to family. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental and fully autonomous environment for all clients. My client is always in control but I do provide feedback and collaboration with treatment styles and plans. All sessions are weekly for 45 minutes which can include CBT, Psychodynamic, or a combination with talk therapy. All sessions are online where space is given for reflection and exploration.
I utilize an eclectic toolbox that includes several modalities including CBT, Psychodynamic, Strengths Based, Bibliotherapy, Faith based as well as Talk Therapy.
A client should always feel safe and supported which is why a free phone consultation is completed first to learn more about your goals for therapy. I want to ensure there is a good fit before scheduling a session.
