If you feel stressed and anxious most of the time, worrying about everything and anything. I can help you. You will have my nonjudgmental complete attention. I will listen, help you process those feelings and thoughts and together we’ll discover what will work for your unique situation.
A bit about my approach to therapy
I will provide support to those struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, relationship issues, stress management, work stress, and more. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Culturally Sensitive, Mindfulness-Based (MBCT), Motivational Interviewing, Multicultural, Person-Centered, Positive Psychology, Solution Focused Brief (SFBT), Strength-Based, Trauma Focused.
Recently completed a cognitive fitness certification from Harvard Medical Health Publishing/Harvard Medical School.
