I hold a Master of Arts degree in Counseling and have over 18 years experience in the counseling field, serving youth and adults in various capacities both in the US and abroad.

My counseling methods includes a client-centered focus and eclectic approach, to include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Group Therapy.

I believe the client is the expert of his own destiny and have the ability within him to create a more meaningful life. During our time together, clients can expect to collaborate with the clinician to identify the root causes of your difficulties. The client, along with the clinician, will work together to explore goals and strategies to begin healing. Clients can further expect homework which allows for reinforcement of information discussed during each session and opportunities to practice.
