Overcoming life’s obstacles is not easy, but you do not have to go through it alone. Experiencing difficult life transitions such as the loss of a loved one (including pets), divorce, career changes, and new or chronic illness can lead to feelings of grief and uncertainty. My goal is to provide you a safe, non-judgmental, and welcoming environment, that will allow for self-exploration and healing.
My areas of focus include grief, trauma, anxiety, and depression. I have the training and expertise to help you develop ways to cope with what you are going through and move forward successfully. My counseling style is warm and compassionate. We will work together to identify problems, establish goals, and uncover your inner strengths to create positive changes in your life. My approach includes solution focused therapy, mindfulness, and cognitive behavioral therapy techniques. I strive to create a therapeutic relationship so that you can feel comfortable enough to share your thoughts and feelings.
Being in my field for close to a decade, I have served in inpatient, outpatient and community social service settings. I am licensed in Florida and currently only provide telehealth sessions.
