Hi! I'm Angel Shaw, a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S), National Certified Counselor (NCC) and owner Hearts of Light Counseling and Consulting serving all clients residing in the state of Texas. My key areas of counseling focus on working with men and women suffering from grief resulting from divorce or loss of relationship, couples, and individuals dealing with general life stress and dysfunction, mild to moderate depression and anxiety symptoms, and relational issues.

I use Cognitive-Behavioral (CBT) and other cognitive techniques, which emphasizes helping you to develop coping skills and teaches you to develop healthy thought patterns that leads to more positive emotions and behaviors.
