Having worked as a therapist for more than 7 years, I've seen the powerful impact a therapeutic relationship can have many times. My desire to help others stems from knowing how it feels to struggle through difficult times and experiencing the relief that can be had through confronting those challenges head on. My experience personally and professionally allows me to guide others toward self-empowerment and healing.
