Great to meet you!

I have over 8 years of experience working in mental health and substance abuse. I received my Master's degree from Chatham University in 2015 and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida. I am trained in EMDR therapy and focus on the effects of childhood trauma and Narcissistic abuse recovery.

A bit about my approach to therapy

In my therapy practice, I address the root causes of codependent behaviors and address early childhood experiences in dysfunctional family systems and how these experiences relate to our ineffective behavioral patterns today. My ideal client is one who is willing to self-reflect and do the work to begin the healing process from their traumatic childhood wounds and begin setting healthy boundaries for themselves and developing healthy coping skills.

What you can expect from our first session

I believe in helping individuals to achieve mental, emotional, and spiritual balance by utilizing a combination of therapeutic models to assist my clients in their healing journey. This includes a Psychodynamic approach, EMDR, Mindfulness, CBT, and inner-child work. I am available for virtual sessions.
