Great to meet you!

I am so happy that you decided to check out my profile. I have about 6 years of experience as a counselor. I am a licensed professional counselor in the state of Georgia. I graduated from Troy University with a degree in Counseling and Psychology with a concentration in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Have you experienced feeling the weight of anxiety, the pressure to constantly perform or loneliness from difficulties of making or trusting friends? You and I together will be able to work through and address the root causes of your tribulations while working toward a healthy lifestyle and meaningful social connections. I believe in a person centered approach to therapy while providing existential support to those looking for meaning in life.

What you can expect from our first session

I am excited about the opportunity to take an objective look into your life so that together we can discover how to cast many of the weights, burdens or anxiety that you may be feeling aside. Just know that work is involved in counseling. There are no quick fixes to a new life, but with support and evidence based treatments I am confident that you can overcome life's obstacles. Whether you are a professional, a parent, a student or a teenager, I am here to help.
