Great to meet you!

I understand therapy can be challenging, after all you are having to face things that you didn't know existed or never wanted to deal with. My goal is to assist you with your break through. I have been providing therapy services for over 20 years and use the techniques I have learned to help my clients get to the root of their concerns.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach is to listen to your concerns, be compassionate, guide and assist you in a non-judgmental manner. I take my time with you, challenge your thoughts and provide you with homework to help you process your thoughts during the week. The bottom line is I believe that you have the answers to your concerns, I will just be your guide to help you explore, uncover and deal with them.

What you can expect from our first session

You can expect to have a laid back, open and honest conversation fused with humor. I love to laugh because laughter makes the session a little lighter and helps to deal with the hard reality of what you are dealing with. Therapy with me is where you learn to cry, laugh, and let go of what has kept you back for so many years. Therapy with me is like a new found freedom except now you have the tools to never go back to whatever brought you to therapy in the first place. Smile!
