Great to meet you!

Hello. My name is Andrea. I am a Marriage and Family Therapist helping adults just like you: ones that are tired of walking through life feeling anxious, overwhelmed, and hurt. My goal is to assists you in understanding the root causes of your anxiety and trauma, help you gain insight into your behaviors, thought processes, and emotional responses, and equip you with practical skills to manage and overcome your anxiety and trauma triggers.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I practice from a place of compassion, validation, and hope. My approach to therapy is to create supportive space where we highlight and build on your strengths, insight, resilience, and knowledge of yourself to help you grow, heal, and move forward. I use tools from various treatment methods to tailor therapy to your unique concerns and needs. I have training in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.

What you can expect from our first session

You don't have to keep struggling alone or feel "broken." Together, we will explore your past experiences and family of origin patterns that are causing you to feel anxious, triggered or stuck. With your collaboration, we will identify your goals for therapy and start filling your toolbox with practical skills and solutions to help you start bouncing back from life faster and more confident.
