There are times when life can overwhelm us. The daily grind of tending to mundane things like cooking and cleaning, working to pay bills, interpersonal relationships, childcare and more, can cause us stress. Breakups, difficulty finding the right partner, struggles around sexuality and intimacy, loss of a job or loved one, birth of child or difficulty birthing a child can impact us emotionally in ways we don’t realize. Though we may not have control over everything that happens in life, we can equip ourselves with the tools to tackle what comes our way.

As a therapist and holistic health coach, I create a space free of judgment where you will feel safe to explore your individual needs and desires. I work with clients to support them in reducing anxiety and depression, healing from trauma, managing stress, increasing energy, improving confidence, and creating healthier, happier and more balanced lives.

I have taken advantage of therapy before. I know firsthand it can be scary to look within, but I also know it can be incredibly healing and rewarding.
