About Me

Growth happens in relationship with others, and therapy is a place to experience a non-judgmental, empathic, personalized, and unique approach to growth and change. My aim is to help you, your child, or your family find and build on the strengths you already have to meet challenges as they come, creating more enriching relationships and meaningful life paths. I am a social worker who has been practicing with teens and young adults for the past 12 years. My areas of specialty include behavioral issues, grief, trauma, identity development, independence, stress management, and family relationships.

I believe that everyone can benefit from therapy, regardless of their stage of life or the challenges they may be experiencing. As a clinician, I come from a social justice, anti-oppressive, and feminist lens. I am a person-centered, strengths-based therapist, meaning I tailor all of our work together to fit your needs and strengths.

If you are an adolescent or young adult seeking help for emotional or identity challenges, we will work together on the issues that you identify. If you are a parent struggling with an adolescent, I will invite you to share your perspective not only on the challenges but also your teen’s gifts. Please reach out to me for a free consultation!
