If you would like to improve your ability to cope with life stressors including relationships, school/career, health, and parenting, Your life can be less complicated and more enjoyable! I am also a certified CBIT provider for individuals with tic disorders.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Counseling is an opportunity to feel heard, understood, accepted and valued while sharing your intimate thoughts and feelings without being judged. Counseling is the process of having a guide while working through exploration, growth and healing. My greatest joy comes from working with highly stressed individuals and watch them flourish and feel comfortable in their own skin. You will increase your ability to be more present and self-compassionate.

What you can expect from our first session

I know that you will feel comfortable with me and enter into a space where you will be able to tap into your inner strength and wisdom. My priority is for you to ease into your therapeutic journey and discover ways to increase your inner resources and emotional toolbox. During each one of our sessions you will process emotions and learn valuable coping skills. You CAN get out of your head and into your life!
