I believe that one of the most important components of therapy lies in the relationship between client and therapist, and aim to establish an honest, safe, and empathetic relationship with each client. Developing this unique relationship allows the client and me to work collaboratively to help them further understand themselves so that they can lead a life more aligned with their values. I strive to give clients the space to explore different parts of themselves while also leaving room for thoughts and long standing beliefs to be dissected and challenged from a nonjudgmental stance.

I have experience working with clients with a wide range of difficulties including anxiety, depression, life transitions, racial and sexual minority stress, and relational issues. I have extensive training working with clients of various sexual and gender expressions, and am trained in both Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy.

Suffering alone is never the answer. I invite you to share your story with me, so that together, we can help you move you towards the life you want to be living.
