Great to meet you!

If you are having issues or problems and need to talk with a counselor, I would love to invite you to my sessions! I will meet you where you are, and you will never feel judged or uncomfortable. Together we will work to help you get over the bumps in your life so you are back on track again. I welcome tweens, teens, adults, and the LGBTQ+ community.

A bit about my approach to therapy

In sessions I take you where you are and help you get to where you want to be. You are in the driver's seat and I will follow you where you go and what you want to process. If you're not sure, that's ok! We will work together to help you move forward.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients should expect to take away knowledge, understanding, coping techniques and strategies, and feelings of empowerment and positivity.
