I am a Licensed Professional Counselor practicing in North Austin. I work with clients 14 and older as well as couples/ romantic partners. I received my Masters in Mental Health Counseling from the University of West Florida. Much of my clinical background and training is in Eating Disorder treatment, working cumulatively over 8 years at partial hospitalization programs in Texas. I also have extensive experience helping clients with various mental health struggles including generalized anxiety, social anxiety, depression, self-esteem, body image, exploration of gender identity and or sexuality, interpersonal relationships, difficulty with life transitions, trauma, and more.

My ideal client is curious and motivated to change their relationship with themselves. You don't have to have anything figured out, just the desire to feel better and the willingness to show up for yourself in therapy. I enjoy helping people with Eating Disorders/ eating issues, self- acceptance, negative body image, low self-esteem, anxiety disorders, depression, relationship concerns, gender identity, sexuality, perfectionism, stress, avoidance behaviors, trauma, affect/emotion regulation, impulse control, and awareness/insight building. I also love working with couples to improve communication, intimacy, and connection.

I specialize in Eating Disorders, body image concerns, and anxiety. I use CBT, DBT, ACT, and more humanistic approaches to provide a combination of emotional processing, improving awareness, and practical skill building for my clients. I also work with couples to help rebuild trust, improve communication, and to increase intimacy and connection.

My goal is to help you better understand yourself as well as your mental health struggles. I strive to empower my clients to learn the skills and coping strategies to help them take control of their present in order to help create a future with more satisfaction and connection to what is important to them.
