About Me

My approach to therapy is rooted in the belief that relationships heal, and that our earliest relationships are a blueprint for how we relate to ourselves and the world in adulthood. I take a warm, compassionate, nonjudgmental approach in the therapeutic relationship to cultivate a safe space to explore and be curious about your relational wounds. I value the opportunity psychotherapy provides for you to take agency over the narrative that has guided your life and make meaning in a way that feels personally valuable to you. Grounding my relational paradigm is a passion for existential pondering and creative exploration.

I provide supportive therapy to adults and adolescents who are struggling with depression, anxiety, codependency, body image, and relationship issues. I work to help you evaluate what thought patterns, core beliefs, and behaviors are no longer serving you and to develop tools to self-soothe, affirm yourself, set boundaries, and communicate effectively.

I am a Licensed Creative Arts Therapist in New York, a Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado, a trained EMDR therapist, and a Registered Art Therapist. If you have any questions, feel free to book a phone consultation or book directly through the link on my website.
