Great to meet you!

I’m an LPC, national certified counselor, & certified professional counselor supervisor with a master’s degree in mental health counseling & over 10 yrs experience providing therapy community mental health, private practice, & schools. I’m also skilled at diagnosing & treatment planning. I provide trauma-informed & evidence-based therapy in my practice. All sessions will take place online on my HIPAA compliant platform. I can see clients who reside anywhere in GA.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I use an integrated, trauma-informed, evidence-based, person-centered, and cognitive behavior therapy approach, pulling techniques from other approaches as needed to help my clients move forward. I assign homework as appropriate, like to incorporate activities into sessions, and may recommend books for clients to read.

What you can expect from our first session

In our first session I will gather your history, and we will develop at least one treatment plan goal together. Clients can expect therapy to commence immediately as I will provide a safe environment for them to share their thoughts and feelings without judgment. Clients will take away a deeper understanding of their experiences and be able to grieve when needed.
