A bit about my approach to therapy
My approach to psychotherapy is integrative, humanistic, and holistic. I combine aspects of CBT, flow psychology, relational psychology, yoga, and meditation and traditional psychotherapy that are tailored to your specific needs. I specialize in: emerging adulthood, women's health, anxiety, depression, perinatal (pregnanc and post birth), mood disorders, relationship stress, career changes, grief/loss.
What you can expect from our first session
In our first session, I intend to create a safe place for you to express yourself and your intentions for therapy. I want to stress that there is no pressure to "say the right thing". Just be your authentic self.
