I combine aspects of CBT, flow psychology, yoga, and meditation and traditional psychotherapy that are tailored to your specific needs. I specialize in: women's health, anxiety, depression, prenatal/postnatal, low mood, relationship stress, career changes, grief/loss.
I invite women who are pregnant to work with me as I support the mother and partner(s) through pregnancy and beyond to the fourth trimester.
