Building upon your strengths and willingness to learn, we will formulate and implement a plan to target the areas you want to change that will lead to greater satisfaction and fulfillment.

Everyone is unique so I utilize an eclectic approach based on your needs that draws from psychodynamic, attachment, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and emotionally focused techniques.
I work with individuals and couples and have experience treating mood disorders, anxiety, amotivation, low self esteem, and relationship challenges such as communication, trust, sex and intimacy.
