I'm a Mindfulness expert dedicated to teaching skills to reduce anxiety ,stress and binge eating disorders. I enjoy helping people learn how to build healthier relationships with themselves , food and their bodies. I work with people in a nonjudgmental manner, having a large LGBTQIA+ clientele. I believe in a collaborative approach being client centered.
