Finding the right therapist can be the key to overcoming the variety of challenges posed by life. As a therapist in various settings, including the World Trade Center Mental Health Program, I have worked extensively with individuals impacted by anxiety, depression, trauma, significant life changes and important role transitions. If you are struggling to overcome any of these difficulties, I am able to help. Our work will be aimed at gaining a deeper understanding of your emotions, motivations and patterns of behavior. Greater understanding and tools for change do lead to relief from distress and to lifelong personal growth.

Every individual has unique characteristics and preferences that make some therapeutic approaches a better fit than others. Our work together will be tailored to your needs, drawing from my training in EMDR, psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral, and dialectical behavioral therapies.

If you are seeking a reprieve from suffering, and are ready to pursue a journey of growth, I am eager to hear from you.
