Are you feeling anxious and overwhelmed with life? Do you feel like you need to make a change in your life but don't know how? I have been practicing for the past 18 years working with adolescents and adults, clinically and in a school setting. Currently, I work with many college students coping with transitional issues, anxiety, depression, and stress management. I have assisted clients with improving executive skill functioning while learning important self-care skills to draw upon to cope with daily life. Although my approach varies with each individual, I help my client identify behavioral patterns that may be interfering with achieving inner happiness and create goals to elicit change. Through cognitive behavioral strategies and mindfulness techniques, I work with my client to reduce stress, cope with anxiety/depression, and manage difficult challenges. It is my goal to help people by empowering them to learn strategies to improve relationships, problem solve difficult decisions and live a productive life with intention.
