Great to meet you!

I hold a master’s degree in social work from the University of Texas at Austin and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of New York. I also hold a certificate in Adult Psychoanalysis and have received training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy with the treatment’s creator, Marsha Linehan.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I identify as a queer cisgender woman and am interested in how people's identities intersect with their health. My practice is LGBTQ+ affirming and trauma-informed. I see relationships as central to the process of change, and believe that learning to love and accept yourself completely is the key to creating the life you desire and deserve.

What you can expect from our first session

After a session with me, my client will feel deeply listened to and supported. They will experience the feeilng that they have a companion on the therapy journey who can lead them toward increased connection with others and fuller understanding of themselves.
