Life can often be overwhelming and stressful. Many of us feel the pressure to meet others expectations and find answers to the questions people ask of us, or that we ask ourselves. Therapy can be a wonderful tool to help guide this journey, while engaging in an online setting provides an ease and convenience of getting the timely, personal support you need. My nearly ten years of experience working in private practice, community mental health and, more recently, providing counseling online, has provided an understanding of the complexity of personal challenges and relational hardships. I look forward to helping you on your journey.

As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I focus on relational issues from all angles. Romantic relationship, family conflict, or even strained friendships can make life feel off balance. Therapy is a great way to find your footing and the best path to move forward.

I started providing online therapy in 2017 and it has been amazing to see, from my perspective as a therapist, how many people benefit and appreciate the opportunity to get support in their lives where and when they need it. Life is busy, and online therapy brings a whole new meaning to meeting you where you are, to work on becoming who you want to be!
