Stress can manifest in different ways for each person. I help clients with worry and anxiety due to life transitions, pressure from goals, and self-conflict. I help clients that choose to consume alcohol or drugs to help them fill a void in their lives or wind-down from a long day. I understand how this can lead to an exhausting challenge to keep up the consistent use of alcohol or drugs to help you feel better.

I have worked with clients for over 15 years in different settings and enjoy helping others. I use a thought and goal focused based therapy with holistic therapeutic techniques such as hypnosis to assist clients. I help clients identify their thought processes and how these thoughts can be used to change their behaviors. I address some past experiences and beliefs to better understand my clients, however, I focus on future goals to help clients gain a positive outlook.
