Welcome! I provide mental health counseling to those struggling with a variety of different issues such as anxiety, depression, mood and trauma. I specialize in the treatment of trauma through the use of Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR). I also have specific training and certification in the treatment of perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMAD).

I aim to provide a warm safe environment for clients to be their authentic self and feel comfortable sharing their struggles. I often take a client centered approach in setting goals and direction for treatment while offering insight and recommendations that align.
