Great to meet you!

Ever struggle with over thinking, or feeling disconnected from yourself or the world around you? Let's work together to create a life sourced from wholeness. I guide others to deepen their connection with self, soul and spirit to gain new awareness and develop lifestyles that promote inner-peace and empowerment so that they may live a more satisfying and purpose-driven life. We will do this by moving through old, negative beliefs, traumas, patterns and other barriers to true expression.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Through Guided Reflection, we will explore how connecting with your innate wisdom can inform this one precious lifetime. I offer holistic intuitive healing for those who may be seeking guidance or support in life for anxiety and chronic stress; phobias or fears; lack of purpose, relationship issues; overthinking; work dissatisfaction, family, or personal relationships; body image issues; spirituality; or any discomfort or displacement that you are feeling in life.

What you can expect from our first session

I help adults struggling with symptoms related to Autism Spectrum, ADHD, Anxiety, Addiction and Attachment, as well as navigating life transitions or those who struggle finding their way in a neurotypical world. Learn how to make the best choices for your personal journey in as little as 6-8 weeks!
