I am a Certified Clinical Anxiety Professional and a Certified Kripalu yoga teacher. I am highly specialized in treating anxiety using a unique combination of research-based neuroscience techniques and holistic approaches to teach mindfulness, meditation and other mind-body and mental management tools.
I see my role as a supportive, non-judgmental listener as well as an experienced clinician that can offer effective therapeutic techniques and constructive feedback. I have over 15 years of experience working with diverse populations including extensive experience with the LGBT community.
