I specialize in helping those who struggle to regulate their emotions, tolerate distress and have difficulties in their interpersonal relationships. I have experience helping those who've experienced trauma and abuse. I am trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT). I work to help you develop coping skills and improve your relationship with yourself and others.
