I am trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT), and EMDR. I work to help you improve interpersonal relationships, regulate emotions, tolerate distress and be more mindful in your day to day life.
