I hold a doctoral degree in counselor education and supervision, a master's degree in counseling, and a bachelor's degree in psychology. I have more than a dozen years of clinical experience and developed specialties in the treatment of depression, anxiety, substance and alcohol use disorders, women's issues, chronic illness and disability, and identity. I work with adults and I am happy to provide both in person and remote services.

I utilize and approach that involves careful listening in a supportive and warm environment. I am interactive and directive; meaning I don't just sit and listen, but rather I am very involved in your care. I work to help you acquire tools as soon as possible to impact your ability to cope immediately, while also working on the big picture changes to sustain your goals.

Clients will gain coping skills and will learn how to change the way they think, feel, and behave. Client will begin to see themselves and their lives in a different way, which will free them from what confines them.
