I'm a licensed independent social worker (LISW-S) which means I am licensed to see clients in the state of Ohio. My focus is helping adults with struggles relating to historical trauma, later in life ADHD diagnosis and those adjusting to life transitions. I have over 10 years of experience in working with diverse populations in various community-based settings.

My professional training includes: person centered, trauma responsive approach, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing trained. I am willing to incorporate faith into therapy sessions if requested by clients.​

I want my clients to feel confident in knowing how to respond to life's ups and downs and how to pursue the life they love. My clients consistently report that they feel heard, that they are able to grow in their understanding of themselves and what they are experiencing. It is also my hope that they are able to walk away from each session with a plan of strategies and skills to try to help them with their goals.
