You always wonder what people think of you. Over analyzing every move and word you speak. There must be a better way to live, and your ready to get support.

I specialize in anxiety and trauma. I am trained in EMDR and DBT. In therapy you will learn the skills and tools to overcome your anxiety and worries. We will work together to get to the root of your anxiety and heal any trauma that your anxious part holds.
