Hi there! I am the founder and sole practitioner of Alyssa Guido LMHC. I became a therapist because I have a passion for helping people gain a greater understanding of themselves. We all have experiences that we perceive in an individual way and have shaped the manner in which we live our lives. Sometimes these thoughts empower us and sometimes they hold us back. My goal is to help you overcome challenges and become your strongest and happiest self.

Services are person-centered and eclectic, meaning it is not one-size-fits-all. You are investing your time and money and you deserve a custom experience.
