Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I completed her Masters of Social Work at Fordham University Graduate School of Social Services in 2019. I have experience working with a variety of patient populations. I utilize many different approaches, as different approaches are necessary for different people.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I bring compassionate and evidence-based therapy to individuals in Florida through Telehealth services. With expertise in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Positive Psychology, customize my approach to suit the unique needs of each client. I believe in meeting clients where they are and empowering them with the skills necessary to enhance their quality of life.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients can expect to work together to develop healthy coping skills, work through emotional situations, and learn how to manage intrusive and negative thoughts. We will work on improving overall moods and finding the right treatment for your individual needs.
