Great to meet you!

It takes courage and strength to engage in therapy and to allow yourself to be vulnerable and make changes. I believe everyone can benefit from therapy. If you are dealing with predictable and/or unpredictable life changes, stressors and challenges, or mental health issues such as depression or any anxiety disorder including OCD, please reach out to me.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I use a variety of different evidenced based treatment approaches to create a therapeutic and safe space for you to express your thoughts and feelings. I aim to help you learn and develop skills to overcome and cope with challenges in life, so that you can live the life you want. I will also help provide an atmosphere for you to feel understood and comfortable in the process of healing.

What you can expect from our first session

As a licensed clinical social worker, I have experience working with a range of different populations, issues and settings. This includes a variety of ages and backgrounds, circumstances, presenting problems and mental health diagnoses. Settings include foster and residential care, state psychiatric hospital and adult outpatient mental health clinic.

Our team at Centered Mind Therapy partners with Headway and is looking forward to working with you!
