Great to meet you!

I believe my clients are their best experts on themselves. I offer a non-judgmental place to sit with clients and do this difficult and at times emotional work while providing education around the process. I design my therapeutic approach to best align with their needs. I believe that therapy needs to be individualized; no one-size-fits-all and it is important to recognize and learn what works for each person.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe in meeting clients where they are & letting their immediate & long term needs guide the clinical process. I use my clinical knowledge to support this work. I love to work collaboratively with clients to develop goals, discover what works, and even develop homework, where applicable. This is a process and may be lifechanging.

What you can expect from our first session

This is a therapeutic relationship and a relationship where clients will feel supported and seen. Ultimately our goals are the same and that is that the client will feel better, have increased happiness, feel less reactionary (or whatever negative emotion presents), be independent and have greater stability.
