Great to meet you!

I understand that reaching out for help is not easy. We all all struggle, go through life transitions, need more support & coping skills. Just know that is ok! My own experiences in life have led me to understand the importance of doing healing work to improve myself & my relationships with others. As a Psychotherapist, Master Level Clinician I have specialized in working with clients struggling with relationships that impacted them during their childhood years with their caretakers/families.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I will help guide you through the whole therapy & scheduling process. In my non-judgmental, compassionate office we will sit, talk, connect & learn. Therapy is not "one-size fits all" & it really can't be so! In our meetings we will use techniques like Mindfulness, CBT, Play Therapy, Creative Techniques & more to work through your needs together. I like to see what works best for each person & use that.

What you can expect from our first session

This is a "therapeutic" relationship where you will feel supported & seen. The relationship is important for our work together & that is why it is necessary that you & I are able to connect or gel. Ultimately our goals are the same & that is that you will feel better, have increased happiness, feel less sad (or whatever negative emotion presents), feel stronger & have better coping skills. I'll meet you where you are in life & support you in your readiness to change.
