I've worked with diverse backgrounds and a spectrum of issues ranging from serious illness to "adjustment" difficulties. Areas of expertise are depression, anxiety, relationships, professional difficulties & general life adjustments. I practice in an easy-going, down-to-earth style leaving room for both serious discussion & humor.
"When do I need to see a therapist?" My answer: if something is interfering with your life, or causing discomfort, it's worth exploring in therapy. Therapy helps identify issues and fosters positive change. The goal is to develop comfort within yourself, your surroundings, and among people in your life.
