When I work with clients I usually use the Cognitive Behavioral approach which means I tend to focus on problem solving and bringing about positive changes in their lives by altering the way they think about things. Sometime people can get caught up in thought patterns that aren’t really helping them so changing learned thought patterns can help them change their perspective.
