I'm an experienced mental health counselor who meets you where you're at. I have a strong background in trauma focused and substance use work and have worked with clients from many cultures and backgrounds. I have a variety of experience with multiple areas of treatment modalities including issues of sexuality and identity working strongly with the LGBTQIA+ community.

My approach is person centered focusing on your strengths as a tool to motivate change. I use a holistic perspective focusing on the whole person physically, emotionally, and spiritually. I am proficient in multiple evidenced based modalities including CBT, DBT, Solution focused, motivational interviewing, trauma informed CBT, mindfulness practice, and Acceptance and Commitment therapy
