Great to meet you!

What do you do when you feel like you have no idea what comes next? I specialize in helping emerging adults and millennials navigate through the major confusion that is adulting. As your therapist, we will work through all of your current difficulties and create a game plan for you to reach your goals. I hope to create a warm and comforting environment for you to discuss whatever is on your mind. Together we can celebrate your successes and learn to foster resilience in the face of struggle.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I integrate a variety of interventions into treatment including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Person Centered Therapy, and EMDR more, to individually tailor your sessions to your needs. My goal is to collaborate with you and help guide you through your healing.

What you can expect from our first session

Everyone deserves a non-judgmental, supportive space to process through life transitions, and it would be my privilege to provide this for you. Hopefully with a cup of coffee and a bit of humor and empathy, we can take adulting from a place where you are surviving to a time to thrive. If I sound like a good fit, please reach out
