My goal as a Counselor is to empower and inspire my clients to live a life that is authentic and fulfilling. I believe that everyone has the potential to create positive change in their lives, and I am here to support you on your journey towards personal growth and transformation. I have a MS in Counseling Psychology from Texas A&M University. I love how large and diverse Texas is and I am doing all telehealth sessions now to make sure Texans receive help in all corners of the state.
A bit about my approach to therapy
My approach to counseling is rooted in a person centered approach, mindfulness, and cognitive-behavioral therapy. I work collaboratively with my clients to help them identify their strengths, overcome limiting beliefs, and develop practical strategies for achieving their goals. I believe that counseling is a process of self-discovery, and I am committed to providing a supportive and non-judgmental space for my clients to explore and seek change.
