Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Allison. I approach therapy by looking at the root cause of problems, rather than focusing on one problem at a time. Whether you've been feeling burned out or been having difficulties in your relationships, together we will find ways to get you to a happier place with better self-care. Getting to a place where you are less overwhelmed and more content is an achievable goal, and it can take less time than you think once you get started.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Many times clients who contact me have no experience in therapy, but just know that their life is not satisfying or something is off. That's enough by the way! Anything and everything can be discussed in therapy. I have observed significant shifts in clients I work with, and have seen them become more authentic and empowered.

I am easy to open up to, and clients often feel relieved that I am more directive than a therapist who listens without guidance.

What you can expect from our first session

Working with me you’ll learn about your attachment style and how to attract healthier relationships into your life without the fear of getting hurt over and over again.
