It is a rare gift when one finds the thing that they love to do to a point that when they are engaged in it, time seems to stand still. Working with children and adults in counseling is that gift in my life. The first session is about introductions and finding a connection that will facilitate support and healing in my clients. If a client chooses to go forward, we will work together to identify and process difficult experiences, painful memories, and consider the good that may lie in the future.

Using evidence based approaches to therapy like Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Narrative therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, and creative modalities, I work with my clients to see progress in their behavioral health. We all need help and support in life and I am honored to work with my clients to provide that in a welcoming and comfortable environment.

Providing a safe place where my clients can feel free to share thoughts and experiences as well as hopes and dreams is my goal. My clients are always encouraged to bring who they are in that moment and feel confident that I will meet them there and come alongside them to support them therapeutically in every way. There is no judgement and all are welcome here.
