My Practice focuses on anxiety disorders, OCD, depression, trauma, relationships and severe emotional dysregulation. It can be hard to asses if treatment is really working I use evidenced based modalities so you can experience measurable change.
I take a holistic approach with my clients and incorporate aspects of Mindfulness, CBT, DBT and have a unique perspective on dealing with clients difficulties through multiple lenses. My goal is to develop a strong therapeutic relationship that is based on openness and acceptance.
