I am passionate about helping young adults create more authenticity, meaning, and fulfillment in their lives. I offer individual therapy and counseling to support people with a variety of concerns, particularly depression, anxiety, borderline personality, intense emotions, relationships, and life transitions.
I have always been fascinated by human resilience, and see this strength in each and every person I work with, even when they don’t see it in themselves. We all need support sometimes; that is the human in us! I believe it is my job as a therapist to help uncover the innate wisdom within you, as well as provide you with information and tools, so you can move forward and create the life you want to live. During this process I provide unconditional positive regard, genuine respect and compassion, and unwavering support.
In addition to being a therapist, I'm also a registered yoga teacher (RYT) and certified Yoga Nidra teacher through Yoga Alliance. I enjoy bringing elements of yoga (meditation, mindfulness) into therapy as the mind, body, and spirit are all deeply interconnected and shape our human experiences.
My ultimate goal as your therapist is to empower you to feel more at peace with the ebbs and flows of life; to gain a sense of steadiness in the mind so you can step into your future with more control, confidence, and peace of mind.
