As a licensed clinical therapist, I specialize in depression, anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, phase of life transitions, relationships, and overall well-being. I am trained in psychoanalytic psychotherapy and acceptance and commitment therapy. I believe in working collaboratively and holistically with the goal of helping clients find fulfillment, build nurturing patterns, and release sabotaging behaviors.

I believe in meeting an individual where they are in order to build a strong therapeutic bond that implements change and growth and I seek to offer a nonjudgmental and empathic approach that engages in the process of healing in a manner that is both restorative and informative
