Are you feeling stuck or dissatisfied with your life? Are you looking to gain clarity and focus in your studies, career, and/ or relationships? Have obstacles, failures, or crises in your life hindered, derailed, or impaired you in some way? If you said yes to any of the above, therapy may offer you the insight and understanding that could help you see yourself, your relationships and the world differently enough to make necessary changes.
As a psychotherapist, I have seen first-hand the numerous ways in which therapy have changed lives. My personal philosophy centers on the idea that every person is born with an inner strength and the potential to self-actualize and achieve meaningful change. In working with me, maladaptive patterns of behavior and thoughts can be identified and explored to gain greater self-awareness and improve relationships and self-esteem.
My approach is to provide a warm, safe, and collaborative space to allow you to be true to yourself and begin your journey of self-discovery. If you are new to therapy, exploring, or have been in therapy before, I welcome you!
